Well, about a month ago I got into a car accident, I was pretty convinced my new way of getting around was going to involve either a horse, a Razor scooter, roller skates, or my good old Cherveral-legs . With the down payment I had, I figured my choices were slim. The Gods must have seen seen my need because I ran into my good friend Hector, The second Hector saw me, I knew I was in good hands. That’s when he introduced me to an absolute legend Axe , he stepped in and somehow turned my “there’s no chance” situation into “here are the keys to the exact car you wanted.Somehow they pulled off whatever dealership sorcery they have going on and got me into the EXACT car I wanted—not the “well… it’ll get you from A to B” car I had mentally prepared myself for. And because apparently embarrassing me with kindness was part of the package, they surprised me by delivering it to my house WITH A BOW like you see in the movies 😱🤯.After the week I’d had, I half expected life to throw another curveball. That service department take advantage of those who can’t fend for themselves. My friend took her van to get window fixed,, the same window that entity repaired a couple of months ago. They told her that the part they replaced failed and that the motor to the window also failed. Well, guess what, I was driving the van when the window failed to close. She too it integrity fixed and she was told that both,, the part the replace recently and the motor failed, I could hear the motor working just fine. But for their reason both parts needed to get replaced. I told my Frien that she needed to ask for all parts that were to be replaced. They were going to charge her over 500 to replace both parts. The next day the called her to let her know that she was going to pay nothing for the repairs because they discovered both parts were under warranty. Go figure right? Four days later the problem is fixed no old parts were turned over to her because the parts were under warranty and that both parts had to be returned towthe manufacturer,, but she was charge over 200 for labor,, really !!!! I don’t think I need to go on because any one with a simple brain can figure that that service departme

Took my wifes truck in for some concers we had, we have a call back that everything is "normal" and wanted to charge us 600$ for the diagnosis. After going back and forth with Patrick, he checked our warranty and "now" supposedly the warranty could pick up 200$ (which to me it looked like they never even runned our factory warranty they just wanted to charge us the amount, guessing less of a head ache for them). So, I paid the remaining 400$ and left, but something didn't sit right with me. So a couple of days went by, and i got on the phone with Ram Care, and they said all of that should have been covered by them. Not to mention the technician said parts on the truck were not oem etc just giving us the run around, they just wanted there diagnosis money and on to scam the next customer, atleast thats how I felt it. Anyhow, after back and forth with dealer and warranty, dealer refunded my money back that shouldn't haven't paid in the first place 399.98$. Week goes by i open the hood on the truck to do some maintenance, i was surprised to see that they didnt even putting things back after their diagnosis, we been running our truck with the air filter box completely open unscrewed. My experience with this dealership has been terrible. Their communication is terrible. I called and left numerous messages that were NEVER returned. Chris the service manager for both the Selma and Hanford dealerships is unwilling to take accountability for something that happened in 2019 that we only became aware of in 2022 when we went to take our car there for warranty work. His words were "it was before him" . Doesn't mean it didn't happen. He also made the comment to me "I know what you are trying to do" like I am trying to scam the dealership.
